New Delhi: Intensifying its ongoing probe into the alleged financial irregularities in the conduct of the 2010 Commonwealth Games (CWG) in Delhi, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today launched raids at 20 different locations across Delhi and NCR.
According to sources, the CBI raided the office of a sports company, Jubilee Sports, located in Noida.
Searches were conducted at residential and officials premises of DDA and CPWD officials and Jubilee Sports private limited.
The CBI also registered the ninth case in connection with the ongoing investigations into alleged scam.
A few days ago, Former CWG organising committee chief Suresh Kalmadi was also questioned by CBI officials in this connection.
