New Delhi: After Minissha Lamba being detained at the airport, it’s Bipasha Basu who found herself spending some time with the airport authorities for not having declared some goods. While Minissha Lamba didn’t declare jewelery worth Rs. 50 lakhs, Bipasha Basu wished to get away by not paying tax duty.

However, the actress has eventually paid the amount due and has been cleared from customs after a few hours of interrogation. Bipasha Basu was returning to Mumbai from London where she was shooting for the film ‘Players’.
The actress seems to be becoming controversy’s child. First her break-up with John Abraham made headlines; this was followed by the alleged sex talk captured on tape with Amar Singh – both denied it was Bipasha Basu on the tape; and now her detention at the Mumbai airport for evading tax duties brings her back into the news.
