New Delhi: Dr Subramanian Swamy, Janta Party leader and former MP, who had written a letter to the Prime Minister seeking permission to prosecute Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has said that he will go to court at opportune time against corruption charges on her.
Speaking to Karan Thapar on CNN IBN’ Devil’s Advocate, Dr Swamy said that PM wrote back to him saying it is “immature” at the moment. He will hence go to court.
But he cleared that he is busy with the 2G case and hence would file the corruption case against only in due time.
Sonia Gandhi is currently in USA after a surgery. Dr Swamy said that he is also human and certainly “it is not enjoyable” and the right time to go to court.
Dr Swamy has accused Ms Gandhi of illegally dealing in antiques along with wife of the former Election Commission Chief Naveen Chawla.
He further accuses her of monetary gain from KGB, in Bofors case and other such deals.
