Centre for Civil Society (CCS), a leading research organization ranked in the top 50 Think Tanks worldwide, in partnership with Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF)offers ìpolicy, a two day residential certificate course in public policy for journalists toequip them with tools to better understand and evaluate the effects of public policies in our day to day functioning.

This award winning course focuses on issues in the key areas of education, livelihoods for the poor, and good governance. This programme attracts highly competitive candidates and youth leaders from all over India. In 2011, CCS won the Templeton Award for ìpolicy for Journalists certificate in Public Policy.

The Course Details:

Course: ipolicy for Journalists; Certificate in Public Policy

Venue and Duration: New Delhi, 24-26 May 2012

Eligibility: Mid-level media professionals with some experience including senior correspondents, feature writers, beat reporters, assistant/sub-editors, producers, and anchors.

Participants: 40 participants are chosen through a competitive evaluation process.

Fees: No fee for the Course. All meals and a two-night stay at the venue will be borne by the Centre.
