All India Students’ Association (AISA) is organizing a MASHAL JULOOS on 19th september, 2012 from Khalilullah Masjid near Batla House at 6 p.m reasserting the demand for a judicial inquiry into the BATLA HOUSE ENCOUNTER that took place in 2008 (19th sept) and against the relentless Minority witch-hunt.
AISA has been demanding the judicial enquiry from the very beginning. Many encounters have been proven fake after judicial inquiry like that of Ishrat Jahan, sohrabuddin etc.
Also the unabated targeting of the Muslim youth all over the country has become a reality of our time. Azamgarh, Daerbhanga,Malegaon, Jamia Nagar etc. have been stereotyped as places of terrorist making industries. This obviously has become a threat to our democracy and secularism.
AISA is going to organise the MARCH in defence of our secular and democratic credentials and against the communal stereotyping happening unabated in this country.
