Jamia Millia Islamia is all set to introduce four new courses from the academic year 2015-16. The academic programmes are the following:

In addition to these academic courses new specialties have been introduced in Master in Physiotherapy (MPT) programme such as ‘Neurology’ and ‘Cardiopulmonary’. These two specialties are in addition to the existing ones such as ‘Sports’ and ‘Orthopedics’.

Jamia is in the process of strengthening and expanding its teaching and research programmes. The University is making significant strides to make Jamia a favoured academic destination for students in the country and abroad. The high grade Assessment and Accreditation by NAAC has encouraged the university to launch new initiatives to raise the bar of teaching and research. Jamia earned ‘Grade: A’ in the first cycle of its assessment and accreditation.
