Etah (UP): Some Congress cadres, it appears, are not happy with the crackdown on Swami Ramdev and his entourage at the Ramlila Ground.

A local Congress leader in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh has resigned from the district Congress Committee to protest against the crackdown by the Delhi Police.

Pramila Vashishtha, vice-president of the Etah district Congress committee resigned to protest alleged brutality of the police. In her resignation letter, she condemned the crackdown and extened full support to Swami Ramdev and tirade against corruption.
