A group of people have come forward to support 47 Burmese Refugees Families with a total of 222 members who are residing in Darul Hijra (a plot of Zakat Foundation, near Sarita Vihar, Opposite Shaheen Bagh 10 number) in South Delhi.

The group has estimated that the cost of bare minimum supplies for one person is at least Rs 1000 for a month.  They plan to distribute:  Rice, Daal, Surf/Soap, Potato, Onion, Milk, Khajoor (Dates), Fruits if possible,  One Bed Sheet and one Towel, Mosquito repellent Coil, Toothbrush and paste, some clothes (old and new including T-shirts for children).

The Refugees need Health Check-up, Books (English and Arabic) for their kids approx 60 child are there. The group is planning to hire a Arabic and English teacher for them. If anyone is interested to teach them voluntarily, may contact the group.

People are requested to participate with open hearts in cash and kind.
