Delay in Malegaon Bomb Blast Investigation due to Political Pressure

Malegaon: CBI and ATS were investigating the case of 9 Muslim accused in Malegaon Bomb Blast 2006, had given clean chit by NIA. Actually, this case was transferred to NIA due to political pressure. This type of claim is made yesterday by the public prosecutor Raja Thackray in Mumbai High Court.
At once where Raja Thackray opposed the plea by declaring the partial decision of the special court during the hearing of the filed petition against the decision of the Special MCOCA court which stayed the permission for summoning the defense witnesses in the court from Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra (Arshad Madni) in the 7/11 Mumbai bomb blast case for proving their innocency of the accused, there he claimed that there was political ambition behind the transferring of the investigation of the 2006 Malegaon bomb blast case from CBI to NIA as well as it was transferred due to political pressure.
Raja Thackray declared hurdle in the case and time waste of the court to the application of accused from different court’s references before Mumbai High Court bench, Justice V.K. Tahel Romani and Justice P.M. Deshmukh. He also alleged that defense want to lengthen the case and diverted the court by filling this type of applications.
Jamiat Ulama condemned the statements of the Public Prosecutor Raja Thackeray and alleged that Public Prosecutor is opposing at the style of Bhagwa accused and just as he also started to say like Bhagwa accused.
