PUNE: Scores of muslim activists under the banner of Popular Front of India, Pune Chapter, staged protest against the merciless killing of innocent Palestinians by Israel and called it a terrorist state. The activists comprising Rashtra Premi Samiti President Anjum Inamdar, PFI senior leader Sadique Qureshi, Bharat Mukti Morcha senior office bearer Ramesh Rakshe and several prominent clerics participated in the meet and condemned it saying that it was the lone terrorist state operating in the world.
The PFI in a release issued stated the role of fascism in the ideology of Israel and said that military machine of the country was killing all and sundry in the name of terrorism. “We want justice to prevail and the country should be boycotted across the world for its terrorist activities. People from all faiths should come together to fight the menace of terrorism, “the release stated.
Hundreds of activists of Popular Front of India, Pune unit condemned the Israeli killings of Palestinians on Monday. The protest took place at Babajan Dargah in camp on Monday. The protest received a very good response from the citizens who came forward to express solidarity for the Palestinians and condemned Israel as a terrorist state.
