Only 25 Muslim Candidates Selected in Civil Services, here is the list…

New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today on May 30 declared the results of the Civil Services 2021 examinations. SHRUTI SHARMA has secured the top position in UPSC civil services examination 2021.  ANKITA AGARWAL and GAMINI SINGLA secured second and third position respectively in the examination.

A total of 685 candidates have been recommended for appointment including 244 General, 73 EWS, 203 Other Backward Classes, 105 Scheduled Castes, and 60 Scheduled Tribes candidates.

BeyondHeadlines tried to collect the names of all the Muslim candidates from the UPSC result 2021 which has come out today.

It is pleasing that nearly 25 successful candidates are Muslims. According to this list of 685 candidates, 25 are Muslims which stands 3.64%. Last year in 2020, out of 761 who qualified, 32 Muslim candidates were successful in the UPSC examination.
