In Muzaffarpur rally Narendra Modi redefined Secularism as ‘stopping Modi.’

BJP Prime ministerial aspirant who is riding on waves of political rallies across India never miss any opportunity to decry secularism. As he says for him secularism is ‘India First.’

The man who is habitual of scoring zero in History is now proving that he fails in basic civics as well.

He forgets that Secularism is one of the five words which Defines India. The Preamble of Indian Constitution calls India a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

For Narendra Modi, Secularism is India First but For constitution there is no India without Secularism.

Since he is a politician he can’t think beyond votes politics and ways to divide people or unite (only in name of religion and hatred for other religions.)

Secularism is not just ‘Stopping Modi’ instead it is the principle of the separation of government institutions and persons mandated to represent the state from religious institutions and religious dignitaries.

Other manifestation of secularism is asserting the right to be free from religious rule and teachings, or, in a state declared to be neutral on matters of belief, from the imposition by government of religion or religious practices upon its people.

Here we are giving Narendra Modi a basic lesson in Civics. We ask him to re read this preamble to Indian Constitution

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:

JUSTICE, social, economic and political;

LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;

and to promote among them all

FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;

IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949,DO HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.

Hope, after reading this he understands that secularism is not stopping Modi instead it is Idea of living together peacefully with mutual respect and love. If Modi thinks that he is a symbol of hatred and division, they we Believe only secularism can stop him. For Now he lacks that honesty to call himself a figure of division, hatred and distrust.
