New Delhi: The Event and Entertainment Management Association – EEMA will hold its 12th edition of annual flagship event – “EEMAGINE 2019 – integrate, innovate and inspire” in the national capital from August 1-3 in Pullman Hotel at Aerocity. A riot of new ideas and vibrant energy will be thrust against the backdrop of an epic celebration of Indian creativity. 

Speakers and participants include some of the brightest and most talented individuals as well as successful leaders from India’s creative industries. They will come together on one platform to debate, discuss and understand, to explore, entertain and educate, while also remaining true to the very essence of EEMAGINE – to Integrate, Innovate and Inspire. 

EEMAGINE 2019 will explore contemporary issues related to the event industry. Diverse sessions with stellar speakers will delve on themes like technology, brand, environment, legal, finance, taxes, health, safety, sports and business development. An eclectic list comprising best of minds from creative industry includes names like Gitikka Ganju, Jonathan Kennedy, Jaspreet Bindra, Neelam Kapur, Mohit Satyanand, Payal Chawla, Rohit Kohli, Sonal Mansingh, Shivani Wazir, Shivjeet Khullar, Safir Anand, Jay Shah and many more. Apart from these industry people, Manish Sisodia, Shashi Tharoor, Kailash Kher, Sonal Mansingh and Neelesh Mishra will also participate. 

The Events and Activations industry is estimated to be over  INR 100,000 crore growing annually at 17%, The industry has grown manifold in recent years and several successful events from India now host their international editions in countries including UAE, UK, Europe,  United States and Australia, Russia, Singapore, Cambodia.(in alphabetical order) The coming together of stakeholders at the previous editions of EEMAGINE strengthened the bond among the industry insiders by providing them a common platform to tackle the challenges that the industry faces.  

In an avatar never seen before, EEMAGINE 2019 will be attended by event managers, corporate clients, representatives of the government, vendors, industry leaders, technologists and marketing strategists from across the globe. They will engage in intensive sessions of seminars, panels, group discussions and power meetings.

The advent of technology has come as yet another game-changer in the events industry as it has transformed the overall experience of the audience. India is still a long way behind its western counterparts as far as the use of technology is concerned. While it’s a boon, it is also a challenge because leveraging technology to enhance the productions from the events industry holds the key to the future. 

Several sessions at EEMAGINE 2019 such as “Adapt or Perish” and “Data is King” will revolve around the technological evolution, where distinguished and experienced personalities will share their expertise with the audience. 

Announcing EEMAGINE 2019 Sanjoy Roy, President – EEMA said, “As the definitive and representative voice of the industry, now in the 12th year of its operations, EEMA is striving to give events and entertainment sector the much-needed recognition of a formal industry which, though diverse, has so far remained an under-represented sector.  Therefore, this year the idea of EEMAGINE is to celebrate the diversity and breadth of this industry and bring them together on a common platform.”

EEMAGINE 2019 will conclude with EEMAX GLOBAL AWARDS, the flagship awards property of The Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) on August 3. 

Recognizing and celebrating the best of talents from Events and Entertainment Industry at a PAN-India level has been at the heart of EEMAX GLOBAL AWARDS in its 10 glorious editions so far. This year the most anticipated event for the beautiful, talented and creative people is all set to raise the bar by introducing a special category of awards for Budget Projects.
