As per our knowledge Panchatantra does not belong to Jihadi Literature. Did Atif and Sajid killed in Batla House Encounter read the Panchatantra?

A response to an RTI, filed by BeyondHeadlines on the Batla House Encounter, reveals that amongst many documents and parcels as collected and packed by the Delhi Police from L-18 Batla House, also included a book, the Panchatantra.
Thirty sealed parcels were sent for examination. These included four sealed envelopes, six sealed glass bottles and twenty sealed cloth parcels.
This is revealed in the Biological Examination Report prepared by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibrating Laboratories (NABL). NABL is an independent agency that works for the government and non-government organizations as well. In this case the NABL report was prepared for the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Ministry of Home Affairs.
Immediately after the encounter, media both electronic and print had mentioned with alarming sensationalism that Delhi Police had found “incriminating documents related to Jihad” and” Urdu literature exhorting violence against the enemies of Islam.”
But nowhere this was mentioned that Panchatantra was also found. As per our knowledge Panchatantra does not belong to Jihadi Literature.
