Chennai: Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), Chennai Chapter, is organizing its ERA 8th Annual Convention 2011, 5th Leadership Summit and 6th CEO Conclave on March 18 and 19 at Le Royal Meridian Hotel, Chennai.

The theme of this year’s convention is ‘Engaging the Unemployable Talent – Vision 2040,’ and the focus thus turns to ‘Young India.’Thiru D. Napoleon, minister of state for social justice and empowerment, is the guest of honour.

Other dignitaries who would present on the occasion are ERA Chairman Veerendra P. Mathur, Nasscom Regional Director Purushothaman, Mafoi Randstad CEO K. Pandiarajan, Hinduja Global Services VP and HR Jessy Christin, Polaris Software Lab Founder Chairman and CEO Arun Jain and MDs,  CEOs , HR Heads and business leaders of ERA member companies as well as several other companies.

The convention will also raise money for ERA‐Ambulance Fund Donation to Cancer Society of India.
