The judgment couldn’t be taken at the petition of the release of the Nine Muslim youths from the case of Malegaon 2006 Blast. The POTA Court judge Deshmukh delayed the hearing till March 12, in Mumbai session court at the absence of the special NIA judge Y.D.Shinde. Therefore the decision of the destiny of Muslim youths is still pending.

It’s cleared that the eight of the nine Muslim youths filed petition to release them from the case before 22 months ago by Jamiat Ulama (Muslim organization provides legal aid to the accused) but any judgment couldn’t be taken still now. Although the Malegaon 2006 blast investigated agencies ATS and CBI submitted their sheets during this period. But its procrastinating in finalizing the judgment of Muslim youths due to be the busyness of special NIA judge.

One of the Defense lawyers Adv. Shahid Nadeem informed that State government gave the status of Special NIA court to only one court and the court already so many cases including the most important case of 7/11 Mumbai local train blast , which also has the Malegaon 2006 blast case. And he further added that the judgment of the Mumbai train blast will come soon in few months after which the hearing of Muslim youth case is expected.
