Dear Aligs Brothers & Sisters

Greetings from AMU

I trust you are doing well in life. I would like to bring to your kind notice that for the last three years the campus placement scenario of the university has grown leaps and bounds. We have seen a remarkable improvement in the campus placements of almost all the courses of the university, which in the past was a distant dream.

I am pleased to inform you that courses like BA, BCOM, MA, MCOM, MSC, MBA, MCA, Home science, Physical Education, Ind. Chemistry,  etc have shown a considerable improvement in their respective placement status.

We have also initiated the international placements from the last session- courtesy AMU Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor & the Alumni of the university and as a result some reputed Middle East based companies visited the university in the last session.

As you must be well aware that Alumni is one of the biggest asset for any institution, be it IIT or IIM and we are fortunate to have one of the largest Alumni base, spread all over the world.  Realizing the fact, the present university administration under the leadership of Lt Gen (Retd) Zameer Uddin shah  has already initiated to build an interface between AMU and its Alumni.

I need to inform you that we have a centralized contact point for placements of the students in the form of TPO ( general)with all the required facilities for interviews ( skype/ video conferencing facility too)which facilitates the placement activities in the university. I humbly request all the alumni to kindly help and coordinate the placements of their alma mater in their respective companies or may recommend their known ones to recruit the talent from AMU. Ranking wise also, we are among the top universities if India and I ensure you that you that the recruiters will get the best of the talent that will leave no stone unturned to prove their skills and services in the respective organizations.

On the behalf of the university, I assure you that the hospitality of the visiting recruiters would not be compromised and will ensure a hassle free recruitment process.

The recruiters who may not be able to visit the university can conduct the recruitment process online & through skype, which has been a regular feature with most of the international MNCs and companies of distant places.

Looking  forward for your kind cooperation.

Sincere Regards

Saad Hameed
