Hurry up for admission in Jamia, last date to apply online for 4 new courses is 7th August 2019

New Delhi: Those students who are looking for admission in Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), still have an opportunity as the last date to apply online for the recently introduced four new courses and four revived courses from the academic session 2019-20 is 07th August 2019.

With an intake of 40 seats, a new master degree course has been introduced by Department of Economics- “Master of Science in Banking and Financial Analytics- M.Sc.(BFA)”,  considering the need of the market and employability.

With digitalization in every aspect of the functioning of the economy, the availability of highly professional and skilled manpower is the immediate need of time. The most important sector which will be a game-changer in the present time is the financial sector and its implementation/functioning through digital technology.

The programme is specially designed to have 100% employability in digital era, which is heavily focused on application of technology, recent advancement and practices needed in the Banking sector, financial institutions, Statutory and Government Institutions, UN Organization for advising, policy-making institutions on economic and finance at a global level.

The university has also introduced M.Tech. Environmental Science & Engineering (Full Time) programme in conjunction with existing part-time programme with intake of 12 seats.

The university has also introduced P.G. Diploma in Molecular Diagnostics (PGMD-Self Financed) in Multidisciplinary Centre for Research & Studies with intake of 30 seats and Advance Diploma in Turkish Language (part-time) in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with intake of 20 seats.

Four courses that have been revived are Advanced Diploma in Modern Persian in the D/o Persian with intake of 20 seats, Advanced Diploma in Pashto in the D/o Persian with intake of 10 seats, Diploma program in Uzbek in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with intake of 10 seats and Certificate in Uzbek in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with intake of 20 seats.
