Attorney General G.E. Vahanvati was questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI ) for the alleged elgal advices he gave to former communication minister A. Raja in the 2G spectrum allocation as solicitor general, according to media reports.
According to reports he was quizzed about his justification of “first come first serve” policy.
Vahanvati has not issued any statement yet.
Former Communication Minster A Raja is already in judicial custody for his alleged role in the 2G scam.
