A young architecture student, Rishiteswari committed suicide after being ragged by her college seniors. He writes, “She was sexually harassed and forced to walk semi naked by the seniors in the name of ragging.
Rishiteswari, joined in B.Arch in Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, with a dream of becoming an Architect. She or her Parents never thought that she will become a victim of Ragging.
She was sexually harassed and forced to walk semi naked by the seniors in the name of ragging and was shot in the mobiles too. The Principal also supported the seniors, who was quite friendly with them to the extent of going for parties & clubs with them.
Rishiteswari couldn’t tolerate and didn’t share with her parents also as she doesn’t want to hurt them, finally she committed suicide. All these things are revealed by her diary.
There are so many doubts on her suicide and the college management is declared 10 days holidays all of sudden, to cover up this incident, as the culprits are from the high society, who can influence.
Now, its our turn to raise our voice against this poor girl’s incident as her parents are seeking the justice.
