Raabbtaa Excellence in Journalism Awards Presented in Radiant Event

The Raabbtaa Foundation in an impressive event honored journalists and photo-journalists and also from social media at the Somajiguda Press Club in Hyderabad. The media persons were awarded for working selflessly for the welfare of society during Covid-19 first and second lockdown. Sobia Juveriya, Founder, Raabtaa Foundation, Uma Sudhir, Senior Executive Editor NDTV, M A Majid, Editor 4-TV Network, Member, Media Advisory Committee and Former Member, Press Council of India, Prof S A Shukoor from Centre for Development of Minorities, Osmania University, and other dignitaries gave away the awards.

Speaking to BeyondHeadlines, the awarded journalists and photo-journalists expressed their pleasure. They also thanked the Raabbtaa Foundation for recognizing their services during trying times. They also expressed their resolve to work harder and present journalism in a respectable manner in the eyes of the citizens. They asked the citizens to keep away from fake news. They were determined to highlight people’s issues through the media.
