A Release by Khudai Khidmatgar
Khudai Khidmatgar is working for promoting communal harmony and peace all over the country with every section of the society at various occasions, apart from literally speaking about the communal harmony and peace by means of seminars and conferences, Khudai Khidmatgar always trying its effort towards practical activities, either in Kumbh Mela, Gurunanak Jayanthi, Diwali Milan, eid Milan, eid milad un nabi, Christmas Milan etc. Since the members of Khudai Khidmatgar are from all the religious groups and equally participating in these types of events.
In continuation of these working method, during the time of Kawad Yatra to Rishikesh by the large part of Hindu community, Muslims who involved with Khudai Khidmatgar from panipat taken the initiative of volunteering the Kawad yatrees by setting up a stall near Sanjay Chowk of Panipat. Hakeem Akbar the Co ordinator for Haryana State Khudai Khidmatgar and responsible for organising the volunteering programme said that, we are happy to get these opportunity for involving in these noble service, since these brothers are taking more strain for their religious belief and we are respecting the belief and sacrifice of our brothers.
In the camp they distributing the water, foods, , arrangements to refresh and space for halt to the yatrees. While asking with one of the yatree Jai Bhagwan from Ambala about the hospitality by the Khudai Khidmatgar Kawad Stall and service, he replied that these is the first time in my life that I enjoy the hospitality from our Muslim friends, we are very happy to enjoy these opportunity and I too will involve in these types of activies once I return back to my hometown and will do the same for my Muslim friends.
The camp and service will remains their till the end of Kawad Yatra.
