Educative PK Scene Agitates Religion Managers?

Pee Keey (PK) in Hindi means a drunkard or a non serious crazy person. Interestingly in the film Aamir Khan never drinks even a drop. He speaks blunt and truth so he is labelled as PK. What is education and humour of getting cheated by ‘fake shops’ of religions is a matter of fear for few who stand guilty.

Most of us in our daily life will remember several such ‘God Shiv’ images without helmets on motorcycle dressed for election rallies and also in Public places like Bus stands and outside temples.

Hide and Seek Shiva scene is a comical education for viewers. Few ‘Religion Managers’ who may have listened to this scene by their followers are making a mountain out of healthy fun. Ask them if they have seen the film-the answer would be NO!

PK_Shiva_Aamir KhanThis scene which makes viewers laugh and enjoy has a different effect on the Political-Pundit Nexus? PK film is caught between ‘viewers’ and ‘listeners’ where listeners are using only ears to listen and pretend to get offended. This best solution for all who say are hurt is to go, buy a ticket and watch this educational cum entertainment film. Laughable sequence enjoyed by viewers of ‘Shiv Chase’ also exposes a mid-air trick of a yoga posture by another roadside Fake Baba.

Thanks to the Lord Shiva Chase scene in PK. Why this dispute is created by the scene was discussed in my previous article published on BeyondHeadlines. The carefully crafted lyrics of Bhagwan-Khai Hai Re Tu? (Where are you hiding-God?) shall make you cry in support of Indians connected to God for betterment. Choreography of this song is awesome on the ‘Alien’ who pleads and prays to go back home but he cannot as his remote is stolen.

Music melody in this song may help you realise how strong is the ‘network’ of fake shops in the name of God. Religion is a ‘vehicle’ that is meant to take you to ‘truth’.

Recently the cinema halls are ransacked. Posters are burned with Anti-Movie and Anti-Aamir Khan slogans. If the protesters are challenged rationally by film lovers they are stoned and beaten by the frenzy mob. Police is scared to intervene due to protection from the top. Those who do not support this violence and fashionable culture are comfortably tagged as Pakistan agents or Naxals and should have no right of expression.

What is education and humour of getting cheated by ‘fake shops’ of religions is a matter of fear for few who stand guilty. So controversies are bound to get generated.

Protest is against PK which to my understanding is a bold educative entertainment film. This 2hr 24 minutes fun film can be used by public as a collective behaviour change tool. Hero as an Alien from another planet takes a lot of bashing while understanding that all religions are like companies having different rules. Rule or fashion of one religion is the anti-fashion of another was the lesson learned. How to challenge fake shops in the name of God and finally how to collectively protect and rescue religion is the clear message of the film.
